SHIPPING CHARGES

Free Shipping: Orders of Rs. 3,000 or above qualify for free shipping across Pakistan.

Orders Below Rs. 3,000: Standard shipping charges of Rs. 300 may apply. Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location.

Currently, we only accept orders within Pakistan. International and overseas delivery is not available at this time.

DELIVERY TIME

Our estimated delivery time is:

Karachi

2 to 3 working days

Outside Karachi

4 to 5 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, environmental factors, public holidays, sales periods, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you so you can track your shipment.

We aim to ship all available items together. However, if certain products are unavailable or require separate processing, your order may be dispatched in multiple shipments.

ONLINE PAYMENTS

• We offer secure online payment options through eligible credit and debit cards, along with Cash on Delivery (where available).

• If your payment is deducted but your order is not confirmed, the transaction was not completed. The amount will be refunded by your bank.

• For approved online payment refunds, the process takes 15 to 20 working days depending on your bank.

• Payment Confirmation: After making an online payment, please send a screenshot of the payment slip / transaction ID on WhatsApp so we can quickly process and dispatch your order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT DELIVERY

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Please keep the product, packaging, accessories, and all included items safe until the issue has been reviewed by our team.
